Lu is an old man of a village Kai and Jay traveled through for supplies.

Lu talked to Kai and Jay when they arrived at the village. He said that they could solve their problems alone.
Sometime later, after Kai and Jay concluded their investigation on the collapse of Lee's shop, Lu was among the four suspects that they had summoned. However, they soon deduced that the real culprit was Din.
