Sushimi's sushi chefs were members of Unagami's army and sushi chefs that worked for Sushimi.

The Temple of Madness[]
After defeating the Hostess, three sushi chefs go into the eatery in the Temple of Madness, ready to fight. They begin throwing plates and knives at them, but Jay and Nya flip and push the tables in front of them as shields. They take out the orange and the lime chefs before having to deal with the pieces of monster sushi again. After slicing the monster sushi, the blue chef uses stir fry sauce on his stove to summon Sushimi.
