The book contains an introduction to Chima by Lagravis, biographies of the Wolf and Eagle tribes, and three short stories. The short stories are "The Hollow Tree", "Lone Wolf", and "Worriz's Challenge".

  • This book features the appearance of 3 foxes.
  • There is a beaver who has a Chi Harness made out of vines. This is the first time a Beaver in any Chima media has had a Chi Harness.
  • Windra speaks in the book as opposed to the TV series where she is quiet and only growling.
  • Wonald meets a squirrel and a meerkat. Both of which are small but can talk. Just like the mouse Laval met in Attack of the Crocodiles.
  • There are bunnies being chased by the Wolf Pack Tracker. It is unknown if they could talk.
  • Here Wonald is much different than his TV show appearance. Here he has a torso similar to Wakz but it is a gray color instead of dark red. He is also the same height as both Windra and Worriz. Wonald also lacks the flower necklace like in the TV show.
  • There are also Sparrows as well. Which are small as well.
