The camp was the base of operations for the Anacondrai during the Serpentine War. It was located near Jamanakai Village so they could observe the escalating conflict better.

Strike of the Serpentine (flashback)[]
After Pythor convinced the Anacondrai's elders to join the other Serpentine tribes and take their stolen artifacts back, General Arcturus refused but decided to build a camp near Jamanakai Village. If the conflict there would escalate, they would join the battle. Pythor and Strike then observed the village and after they saw the coming of the Elemental Alliance, General Arcturus marched on the village with his army.
