Background[]
At some point in time, the Serpentine made the Serpentine fountain. However, only few people like Chen and Clouse noticed that the fountain is a Serpentine relic.
Strike of the Serpentine (flashback)[]
Near the fountain, Strike tried to warn the people of Ninjago City about the coming of the Golden Master alongside with Chokun, Rattla and Spitta, but to no avail. Seeing this, the other Serpentine started to blame each other, eventually leading up to a breaking up as Chen and Clouse watched them from far away. As they left, Strike felt sad, thinking that there is no way any wish could solve their problem as she sat on the fountain. Then Chen and Clouse revealed themselves, showing Strike that the fountain is actually a Serpentine relic, saying that people stole their artifact, much to her surprise. Then Chen manipulated her further, saying that the artifacts might be to answer to stop the coming of the Golden Master. Realizing this, Strike thought they can call people's bluff and want their artifacts back with the help of the other Serpentine, as she tossed a coin to the fountain.
