Toxic Toothpick

Spitta's Toxic Toothpick is a weapon used by Spitta. It appears to be a long golden Warhammer with a large green head on one side and a small white spike on one side. As with many Venomari weapons, it contains venom inside a trans-green capsule that can disorient opponents when struck by it.
