At an unknown point in time, Garmadon acquired his Shark Army and built his volcano along with the Manta Ray Bombers and other vehicles for the Shark Army.
Functions

The Manta Ray Bomber has several functions. The first is being able to fly, the second being able to drop bombs, and the third being a detachable raft attached to the top of it. All of these features are also seen in its set form.
