The event took place from 10:30am to 10:00pm from May 29, 2015 to June 28, 2015 at Raffles City Atrium Level 3. It was ran as part of the "Build. Play. Fun. Event," which also featured other LEGO-related activities in other sections.^[2]

The event took place from 10:00am to 10:00pm each day from September 16, 2015 to September 27, 2015 at the Curve concourse. Prior to the event, those wishing to attend were able sign up to reserve a spot.^[4]

Battle Dojo

Battle Dojo[]

The main event was the Battle Dojo itself. Registered children would receive a game card, which would be stamped after completing each stage of the dojo. There were five stages, each with a different activity to complete. After a participant completed completed each of the five stages (thus, receiving every stamp on their game card), they would be rewarded with a "Master Ninja Certification."^[4]^[3]

Home: Ninja Base Camp - Mission: Build a LEGO Ninjago Kai[]

Participants would begin at the "Home: Ninja Base Camp" stage. They would be tasked with building a LEGO brick model of Kai within ten minutes.^[3]

Mission: Build a LEGO® Ninjago™ Kai

How to play:

Build LEGO® Ninjago™ Kai using LEGO® Bricks as per instruction manual within 10 minutes.^[3]

Red Ninja Zone - Mission: Conquer the Balance Beam Obstacle[]

After completing the "Home: Ninja Base Camp" stage, participants would move on to the "Red Ninja Zone." In this zone, participants would be tasked with crossing a balance beam.^[3]

How to play:

You must navigate a balance beam and make three return trips to complete the mission.
Redo the mission if you misstep and fall off.^[2]

Blue Ninja Zone - Mission: Build Character[]

After completing the "Red Ninja Zone," participants would move on to the "Blue Ninja Zone." In this zone, participants would be tasked with building the Kanji character "敬" (meaning "respect") out of LEGO bricks. They would be given a maximum time of ten minutes to complete the mission.^[3]

White Ninja Zone - Mission: Conquer the Tunnel of Terror[]

After completing the "Blue Ninja Zone," participants would move on to the "White Ninja Zone." In this zone, participants would be tasked with making five trips through a tunnel (nicknamed the "Tunnel of Terror") as fast as they could.^[3]

Black Ninja Zone - Mission: Battle with Morro[]

After completing the "White Ninja Zone," participants would move on to the "Black Ninja Zone." In this zone, participants would be tasked with launching an Airjitzu flyer up a box with the goal of hitting Morro at the top. Participants would be given three tries to complete this mission.^[3]

It takes a ninja to defeat the ghost ninja. Use the New LEGO Ninjago Airjitzu to defeat Morro.

Morro is at the top of the LEGO Ninjago Airjitzu Tower.

A Ninjago-themed dance performance was done at 1:00pm, 3:30pm and 8:00pm on each Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday the event was running during. The performance would consist of five dancers (one dressed as a green ninja, one as a red ninja, one as a blue ninja, one as a white ninja, one as a black ninja, and one as a golden ninja) dancing to excerpts of "Wamono ～和モノ～" by Hifana, "Strong and Strike" by Musashi Project, "Get Ur Freak On" by Missy Elliott, and "Ninja Rap" by Vanilla Ice.^[6]^[7]

Those at the event were able to take photos with a person dressed as Kai. The meet-and-greet was only available at the following times:

From 1:00pm to 2:00pm, 3:00pm to 4:00pm, 5:00pm to 6:00pm, and 7:00pm to 8:00pm on May 30, June 6, June 23, and June 20, 2015.
From 12:00pm to 1:00pm, 2:00pm to 3:00pm, 4:00pm to 5:00pm, and 6:00pm to 7:00pm on May 31, June 7, June 14, and June 21, 2015.
From 2:00pm to 3:00pm and 5:00pm to 6:00pm on June 27, 2015.
From 1:00pm to 2:00pm and 4:00pm to 5:00pm on June 28, 2015.

Dick Yoong (Country Manager of LEGO Malaysia) delivered a speech about LEGO's goals and the positive values instilled in children by the Ninjago set line.^[5]
Jazmi Kamarudin (General Manager of the Curve) delivered a speech about the nature of the collaboration and event.^[8]
Various Season 5: Possession sets were shown off.^[9]
- There was a small room that visitors could go inside to see some of the sets glow in the dark.^[10]
