Little is known of Atta the Ratta's history. At some point, he became ruler of the Whack Rats within Prime Empire.
The Meaning of Victory[]
While he didn't physically participate himself, his loyal follower Ritchie took part in the Speedway Five-Billion to achieve glory under Atta the Ratta's name.
The Glitch[]
When Ritchie was about to leave the glitch, he praised Atta the Ratta before leaving.

- He is the first Whack Rat to not appear in Season 12, the second is Targle.
- Atta the Ratta would have appeared physically in an episode taking place after the Speedway Five-Billion, wherein the Whack Rats would steal the Yellow Key-Tana in order to heal their leader, who is apparently an "unfinished mess." This episode never went into production.[1]
