Gus is the partner of a mechanic from a certain city in Ninjago.

When the Hypnobrai attacked the city, Gus was one of the citizens who were hypnotized. He then began sketching vehicles for them.
When Cole came to him, Gus drove him away, saying that he was busy. As part of the Earth Ninja’s plan, Gus’s associate started shouting that something was on fire, and a frightened Gus quickly grabbed his designs and ran out of the building. Later, he was present at a city council meeting, which was interrupted by Jay. At night, as one of the warehouse guards, he attacked the four Ninja, but was quickly defeated by them and handed over to the local authorities.
