Jay Vincent is a musician and a friend of Michael Kramer.

He and Michael Kramer are singing in Laughy's. They were heckled at from the Sons of Garmadon, before being thrown out.

He and Michael Kramer ran as both Skylor and Garmadon were fighting for control of the Colossus.
