Mr. Wise (nicknamed as such by Kai) is one of the Geckle paperworkers from Shintaro Mountain.

Kai and Zane are referred to the Cave of the Wise by Gulch, in search of information on the Skull Sorcerer. Kai goes to a Geckle working there, whom he dubs "Mr. Wise," and asks for the intel they desire. The Geckle asks for the appropriate form, which puzzles the two ninja. He informs them that a form is required for the information to be processed. They return with the form, but he asks them to have it stamped first.
The two get run around each different cave just to get the form stamped. They return with the completed form, only for "Mr. Wise" to charge the processing fee of four-and-a-half barrels of moss-milk.
After having to fight off a magma monster to retrieve the payment, Kai and Zane return with the appropriate amount. "Mr. Wise" gladly starts to talk about the Skull Sorcerer. He tells them that he performs magic with the help of a magic skull, information the two ninja already knew. They ask further questions, but Mr. Wise tells them they’ll need further forms for additional information.

- While "Mr. Wise" isn't his real name, he is the only Geckle to be referred by a name that doesn't start with a G.
- His appearance is near identical to Ginkle, only with a soul patch and circular glasses.
