The Lair of Tanabrax (flashback)[]
Two weeks prior to Garmadon and Wu arriving, Mrs. Uchida was taken by puppets. Uchida went after them but they both never came back. The next night, two of the puppets that looked like them came back to kidnap Old Man Jiro.
After everyone was saved, Mrs. Uchida made dumplings for the feast.

“Now let's go eat some of Mrs. Uchida's dumplings. They're not as good as mine, but they'll fill you up.”
Mrs. Uchida also makes dumplings, like Obachan. It is unknown whether she sold her dumplings before getting trapped but her dumplings are well-known to the point that the two of them seem to have a friendly rivalry over them.
