Omar was the Shark Army general #1 until Garmadon "fired" him from his volcano lair. He landed in the canyon where the Fired Generals made up their society. He joined them in exacting revenge on Garmadon and his son.

History

History[]

Following the latest defeat to the Secret Ninja Force, Omar and the rest of the Shark Army's generals were rounded up by Garmadon for a meeting to discuss ways to finally defeat the Ninja and conquer Ninjago. After many rounds of firings, Omar was promoted to the rank of General #1 and he led the Shark Army's forces the following day in a new assault on the city. During the assault, Omar and a battalion stormed the Destiny's Bounty, during which Omar punched Wu in the face and informed him that Garmadon had a message for him. Omar then proceeded to read the message before ordering his subordinates to capture Wu.

Omar was fired at some point after Garmadon's conquest of Ninjago, possibly for failing to capture Wu, as by the next day, his position as General #1 was succeeded by Olivia. Following his firing, Omar landed in the Canyon of General Unhappiness where he joined the ranks of the other Fired Generals, plotting his revenge against his former employer.

Some time later, Omar and the Fired Generals encountered Garmadon and the Secret Ninja Force in the Canyon of General Unhappiness. There, Omar muttered through gritted teeth that he and the others were fired from a volcano in response to Garmadon's backhanded compliment that the generals' skin all had a "lovely glow!' When Garmadon later insisted that he and the generals were like family, Omar sarcastically affirmed Garmadon's comment before producing a chainsaw to attack the Secret Ninja Force with.

After capturing Garmadon and Lloyd, Omar and the FIred Generals brought them to their lair, where Olivia expressed their intention of firing Garmadon into the volcano. She then ordered Omar to bring Garmadon to his doom, to which he obliged.

He has the same eyebrow shape as Ed, Great White, and Four Eyes.
His bristle that he has in the movie is absent in sets.
- This is because the movie erroneously gives him the faceprint found on Great White and Four Eyes.
When Olivia orders Omar to bring Garmadon to the volcano in the Fired Generals' lair, a different general wearing an angler fish helmet answers in response.
Judging by the number of empty seats after Garmadon fired a series of generals, it can be inferred that Omar was originally General #8 at the start of the movie.
In the Ninjago Movie Video Game, Omar is playable in his fired form, whereas his regular form is replaced with the Original General #1.
