Tony is a childhood friend of Milton Dyer. After graduating he became a bartender at Laughy's. When Milton Dyer disappeared many reporters asked him about his whereabouts.

When Zane, P.I.X.A.L., and Wu entered Mrs. Dyer's house, they discovered a photo of Milton Dyer and Tony.

After P.I.X.A.L discovered the boy in the photo was Tony and tracked him to Laughy's, she and Zane entered the bar and Tony asked them who they were looking for. They replied that they were looking for a past friend of Milton Dyer, and Tony revealed himself to be this friend, so they asked him where Dyer might be. Tony answered that he kept Dyer's life a secret to others, but he instructed them to head to Buddy's Pizza where Dyer played his first video game.

  • He was never seen in color outside the photograph. However, he was revealed to be a redhead, as shown in the photo of him and Milton Dyer.
  • He uses the hairpiece of Larry the Barista from The LEGO Movie, which is also used on Nelson.
  • He is referred to as "Tony the Bartender" in the credits.
