When Garmadon attacks the city in his Shark Mech, he commands General #6 to overthrow the Police Station with their Crab Mechs. They then defeat several Police Officers, including Officer Toque. He is then among the Pilates Studio Owner and other citizens who complain about the Secret Ninja Force being unable to get rid of Garmadon for good. When Garmadon returns in his Garma Mecha Man, Michael Strahan states that the police, (including Officer Toque), army and coast guard have been rendered useless by Garmadon's forces. When Lloyd awakens Meowthra, Toque can be seen evacutating Ninjago City.
