Wedding Day[]
Nadakhan announces his wedding to Nya and orders the pirate crew to prepare the ceremony. Clancee volunteers to organize it and immediately begins compiling a to-do list. He decides to prepare music, food, a dress for Nya, and a large wedding cake. Since the groom is too busy rebuilding his world, the snake decides to speak with the bride, but the water ninja refuses to answer questions, as he doesn't want to marry an evil genie.
Clancee checks the temple decorations, which the other pirates are busy with, and then heads to the kitchen of the Frigate of Misfortune to make the cake. Serpentine was hoping for Doubloon's help, but the two-faced bandit is busy stealing music CDs, so Clancee is forced to do everything himself: he collects ingredients from grocery stores, mixes them in a cauldron, and bakes them over the fire. Then the pirate is distracted by checking the rest of his list. After choosing the appropriate music, he's about to practice his reading for the ceremony, but suddenly smells a pleasant aroma and runs to the kitchen.
On his way, Clancee gets stuck in a sticky mass that's increasingly filling the hallway. The serpent realizes something went wrong during the baking and begins chopping up the excess cake, making his way to the cauldron. He manages to remove the cauldron from the heat just in time, causing it to stop producing new pieces of cake, but Flintlock notices something is wrong and takes Clancee to Nadakhan. The disgruntled captain warns the serpentine that he won't tolerate another mistake from him.
After some time, the wedding ceremony begins, and it doesn't go as perfectly as Clancee had planned: Nya keeps glancing back at the door, and Nadakhan is becoming increasingly impatient. However, the serpent is still pleased with his work. The ceremony is drawing to a close, and just then a team of ninja bursts into the room, trying to stop the engagement. Clancee hides, and Nadakhan tranquilizes his daughter-in-law. Serpentine ponders how, now that the pirate captain has gained the power of infinite wishes, he might be punished for all his mistakes. Realizing he'll likely have to side with the ninja, the snake sits down next to the remains of the cake and begins to cry.
What Goes Up...[]
Wu addresses the Ninja Replacements team and explains that they must save the citizens before the Ninja defeat Nadakhan and pieces of Djinjago begin to fall upon the city. Dareth leaps onto a nearby car and calms the people gathered around him, while Ronin and Echo Zane head to another part of the city and notice that one of the buildings is beginning to collapse. Ronin manages to catch two falling people while the robot attempts to slow the collapse with its incredible strength. Meanwhile, Misako calls the police commissioner for help, Soto catches the marauders who are taking advantage of the opportunity in a net, and Skylor assists the power plant workers.
As the Reserve Ninja reconvene to discuss their next course of action, the ground beneath them begins to crack, and the heroes are lifted into the air. Ronin suggests that Wu use Spinjitzu to descend, but the sensei says he can't carry the entire team. Dareth notices several more chunks rising up behind them, forming a giant staircase. The Brown Ninja explains his plan: if the heroes take turns jumping from one chunk to another, they'll eventually end up back at the bottom, but their jumps must be quick and precise.
Skylor jumps first and successfully descends several yards. Ronin follows, while Dareth pushes Captain Soto down. Echo Zane helps Misako down. The jump becomes increasingly difficult as the chunks of earth continue to rise and accelerate. Soto makes a poor leap and nearly falls, but Dareth manages to grab his arms. Misako decides she doesn't need the robot's help and begins jumping herself, but ends up missing one of the rocks. Wu rushes to her aid and lowers her to the ground with Spinjitzu. Eventually, the entire team finds themselves back on the city streets. Sensei praises the warriors as they survey the craters that have appeared everywhere.
The Last Wish[]
Jay writes down the story of his battle with Nadakhan, which no one but Nya will likely read. The evil djinn is levitating chunks of Ninjago City and kidnapping Nya to marry her. Although the ninja team reaches the temple, they fail to disrupt the wedding ceremony, and Nadakhan is granted unlimited wishes. While the rest of the team fights the villain's clones, Clancy approaches Jay and reveals the location of the Tiger Widow venom, which can stop the djinn.
Nadakhan's pirate crew realizes their captain can no longer be trusted, so Flintlocke and Dogshank help the ninja reach the ship. Flintlocke agrees to shoot the djinn, and the heroes rush to the temple to distract the villain and bring him into the sniper's sights. When Nya approaches him, Jay immediately realizes something is wrong. The girl reveals her name as Delara, and Nadakhan begins attacking the heroes. He turns Zane, then Cole and Kai, and finally Lloyd into stone.
As Nadakhan prepares to turn Jay into stone, Flintlocke successfully fires. The poison causes the djinn's magic to weaken: Delara's spirit leaves Nya's body, and the other ninja are freed from the stone. However, the poison also hits Nya, and since it is fatal to normal humans, she collapses, losing consciousness. She manages to say goodbye to the ninja, and Jay realizes what he must do. The ninja of lightning wishes for the Teapot of Tyrahn to never be found and for all the events involving the evil djinn to never have happened. Nadakhan grants his final wish, and time begins to reverse, restoring the world of Ninjago and bringing the girl back to life. After this, no one but Jay and Nya will remember what happened.
