The library is one of the buildings in Chen's monastery where Chen housed various Anacondrai artifacts.

Strike of the Serpentine (flashback)[]
Chen invited Strike to view the library in his monastery, affirming to her that she may be able to find answers relating to the prophecy of the Golden Master.
Days later, the Elemental Alliance invaded the monastery, with Strike, Sono, and Brook searching for the remains of the Sacred Flutes in the library. They managed to rebuild the flutes before Chen arrived to battle them, before being taken out by Brook.
