891724 Zane is a polybag released on April 25, 2017. It contains Zane along with a golden katana and a golden weapon with two golden shurikens. It was included in issue 24 of the Ninjago Magazine.

"I made all of the Ninjago magazine builds for 2017! We chose these figures to give kids another way to get the classic Ninja costumes, but I also wanted to include a fun weapon build that was reminiscent of their original Golden Weapons. Zane has the Shuriken staff of Ice, and his Silver hairpiece."[1]

- In this set, Zane comes with an incorrect double pauldron golden armor and not his single-pauldron silver Honor robe armor.
- This is the last set to feature Zane’s original hair mold before moving on to a shortened version.
