• The golden katana was the crude original 2011 variation of the Sword of Fire before the new mold was released in the same year.
• The golden katana makes its show debut in Skybound, though it previously appeared as an error instead of the Sword of Fire in a flashback in "Ghost Story" when Wu was using the Golden Weapons to see if Morro was the Green Ninja.
  • When asked about this, Tommy Andreasen answered, "Might Wu have made a terrible mistake and laid down the wrong sword? Was Morro intended to become the green ninja but robbed of his legacy by Wu’s negligence? What’s with Wu and swords? Is this the same negligence which led Garmadon to be bitten by the Devourer?"^[1]
