This storage area is in the sewers of Ninjago City. It was where BorgWatches are stored, but at some point the Vermillion Warriors went there to destroy all the watches.

After witnessing a series of metal thefts and kidnappings occurring in broad daylight in Ninjago City, Ronin and Dareth pursued the Vermillion Warriors into the sewers, eventually discovering the BorgWatch Storage. As they entered, the Vermillion ignored the pair up until Dareth claimed one of the BorgWatches from one of the crates. This led to a brief skirmish, during which one of the Warriors revealed that they had been sent to destroy all the watches, and they would need the one Dareth had taken to complete their mission. Although Ronin and Dareth were able to defeat the Vermillion, they were forced to retreat once they realized that the warriors could simply reform themselves and could not be permanently defeated.
