The Surge[]

One security tank was deployed when The Overlord began to exert his control over New Ninjago City's interconnected technologies. This tank fired a heat seeking missile at Kai and his jet, but was soon hacked into by Jay through the use of his Techno Blade and transformed into the Lightning off-roader.

Operation Heavy Metal: Blunck[]

Several inactive security tanks were present in piles of scrap when Blunck was at Ed & Edna's Scrap N Junk.

Functions[]

Security tanks are equipped with a wide variety of missiles, including heat seeking and anti-aircraft ones. Much like the other security vehicles developed by Borg Industries, they seem capable of operating independently without a human pilot.

Trivia[]

• There was a set released of Jay's variant of the tank, but not the original version.
• Unlike other vehicles, only one operational security tank has been shown, and only in The Surge.
  • However, inactive tanks can be seen in Ed & Edna's Scrap N Junk during Operation Heavy Metal: Blunck.
