Water-scooters are vehicles used by the Nindroids and Pythor move faster underwater. To propel themselves they use air, creating many bubbles when they move.

Once the ninja defeated the Overlord in the Digiverse using the Techno Blades, the aircraft containing the Overlord's body and Lloyd fell into the ocean. After this Pythor ordered a search for the Overlord, during this search they used water-scooters to increase the efficiency of their search.
