Background

Background[]

Tensions between the Lions and Crocodiles were often high, but when Cragger, the Crocodile Prince, stole Chi from the Lions, the two tribes were on the brink of war. When Cragger attempted another robbery of Chi, he was chased into the Fangs by Laval, where Cragger shot off a Croc Flare, signaling war.

Summary

Summary[]

The Lions and Crocs soon met at the Fangs with their tanks and armies. Crawley and Crug, warriors of the Crocodile Tribe, accidentaly fired one of their blasters, starting a ferocious battle. The large royal tank used by the Crocodile king Crominus fired a harpoon at the Lion king Lagravis' tank and and was literally dragged by it for a while. While Laval was trying to persuade his father to stop the fight, the crocodile royal tank flipped over and started to hang at the edge of the canyon. Lagravis pulled them towards safer ground, but Cragger cut the ropes connecting the two tanks, thinking he could save his parents by himself. The tank fell into the gorge and Crominus and Crunket were presumed dead. The two armies left after that.

Aftermath

Aftermath[]

The battle never had a clear winner, but the Crocs lost their king and queen and a very strong tank. This battle started the war over control of the Chi because after it, Crooler made Cragger wish for revenge on the Lions for his parents' apparent death and for control over all the Chi in Chima.
