The Bank Boss^[1] (also known as the Bank Manager^[2]) is the director of City Bank.

Cole joined the City Bank as a guard to afford the apartment. However, he slept on the job and the bank was robbed by Serpentine generals, so the Bank Boss fired him.

The Stone Army robbed the bank, causing the Bank Boss to panic.

The Bank Boss has a work-oriented personality and prefers to keep his interactions with employees to a minimum, as he frowned when Cole misunderstood one of his gestures as initiating a handshake.

He shares a number of physical traits with other characters:
- He has the same face design as Vinny in Rise of the Snakes and Legacy of the Green Ninja as well as several other characters in the background.
- His eyebrows are similar to Dr. Julien's.
- He has the altered version of the Obi-Wan Kenobi hair piece also used by Lou, Cyrus Borg, and many other WILFilmAps characters.
