Bizarro Kai was one of the four evil ninja and an evil doppelgänger of Kai. He was created by Lord Garmadon with the use of the Mega Weapon in an attempt to destroy the ninja.

Bizarro Kai was created by Lord Garmadon alongside the other 3 Evil ninja after the latter saw his own reflection on his Mega Weapon. He was given the task to find and destroy the ninja.
He headed to Dareth's dojo, where he met Master Wu. He quickly saw through their disguises and tricked him into revealing his true natures by faking him out on where they had supposedly been. When Bizarro Kai answered affirmatively, Master Wu attacked, but was subdued by Bizzaro Kai.
He and the Bizarro ninja headed to Darkley's Boarding School for Bad Boys, in search of their good counterparts. They stormed the school, attracting the attention of the students who had taken over. Brad led the children in attacking the Bizarro Kai with smoke bombs and other prank gadgets, but he and the evil ninja countered the assault. The ninja soon arrived to occupy the Bizarro ninja's attention. The dueling ninja were evenly matched until the school boys came in, confusing the Bizarro ninja long enough for the ninja to gain the upper hand allowing, leading to the destruction of his comrades before the real Kai landed a blow on his Bizarro counterpart, causing him to dissipate.
