The Calm Before the Storm[]
Whiplash was one of the many people that were cheering for Jay and Nya at Benny's Arcade Emporium.
Assault on Ninjago City[]
Whiplash and the other paperboys were trapped within Benny's Arcade Emporium at the start of the Great Flood. Fortunately, he and the others would be rescued by Lloyd.
Quittin' Time![]
Whiplash was present in the newspaper warehouse and was assigned to cover Route 3 for the day. These orders however, were abandoned when Wu ordered the Paperboys to flee the city for their own safety. Nevertheless, Whiplash and the others chose to stay to help establish the Resistance.
