Bulkar is the reconnaissance or scout Bear. He speeds around on his Burner Bike and checks out troop movements and finds suitable places to do battle. He rides through the most extreme landscapes, and that is why Bladvic has actually forbidden him to fall asleep while riding. If he did, he could crash in places, where he would be almost impossible to rescue. Bulkar really loves it. He is very surprised that being awake can be so interesting, and fortunately the noise of his bike keeps him from dozing off.
