Captain Scraphead (nicknamed as such by a security guard) is a Nindroid Drone, stored in the Borg Tower vaults.

After the Battle for Ninjago City the Nindroid Drones were stashed away in the Borg Tower vaults.
Tower of Terror![]
At the end of Cyrus Borg's work day at Borg Tower, two security guards were messing around in the vaults. One of them placed his hat on a drone, jokingly naming it "Captain Scraphead." Suddenly, all the Nindroid Drones were reactivated, following a hacker attack on Borg Industries, orchestrated by the Mechanic. While the two guards ran away, the manipulated robots made their way up to Borg's office, using a staircase to reach it. Eventually, they were all defeated by the ninja and presumably brought back to the vault after Borg and his experts freed the system of the villain's influence.
