Borg Tower vaults

Overview

“When old man Borg rebuilt this place, he pulled out all the stops, infrared cameras, hypersensitive laser grid. Name it, nothing and nobody is getting in here.”
— A watchman, "The Darkness Comes"

The Borg Tower vaults are a series of vaults located beneath Borg Tower. They held many artifacts until the mayor decided to move them to a more secure location.

History

History[]

The Darkness Comes[]

Inside the vaults, a watchman explains to his partner that artifacts from Hiroshi's Labyrinth had been relocated to the tower because it has better security. Unbeknownst to them, darkness escaped from the Realm Crystal and started to engulf the tower. The two escaped and wheeled Borg out while the other citizens evacuated.

Into the Breach[]

Garmadon and Lloyd enter the vaults in an attempt to destroy the Realm Crystal. They fight off several Oni before reaching the main vault which contained the Realm Crystal. Garmadon attempted to destroy it, but was confronted by the Omega and defeated. Lloyd then tried to attack, but he too was defeated.

The Fall[]

After Lloyd destroyed the Realm Crystal, Lloyd and Garmadon are chased through the vaults they destroyed. They soon meet a dead end, but they find the Golden Armor which the Oni fear. They are able to get out of the vaults before fleeing outside of Borg Tower.

A Mayor Problem[]

After the ninja told Mayor Ulysses Trustable that they needed Aspheera's staff and he refused to give it to them, he had all the artifacts from the vaults moved to a more secure location.

As Cole and Jay broke into the vaults in disguise, they found them empty and realized what the mayor had done.
