The Call of the Deep[]
The Mary Louise was viciously attacked by an octopus, before Zane and P.I.X.A.L. are able to save them and fend off the octopus.
The Calm Before the Storm[]
While Kalmaar was taking Wojira to Ninjago City so he could destroy it, Wojira created the Fury of the Storm to cause the Endless Sea to go wild. The Mary Louise was eventually caught in the storm, but it managed to stay intact after the storm dissipated.
Right before Kalmaar unleashes the Great Flood, the Mary Louise can be seen docked in Ninjago Harbor.
The Call of Home[]
After the Mary Louise got caught in a storm, Kwon fell overboard. Nya, in her water dragon form, saved Kwon from drowning.
