“How is it a city this size has no crime? And how is it that you're always working on that model ship, and never make any progress?!”

The model boat is a wooden replica of a ship that was built and painted by the Police Commissioner. The Commissioner has a reputation of always painting it, then getting disturbed, but he never gets any progress.

The ninja arrived on Crabby, just as a civilian was about to run a red light. They barged in to the Police Commissioner's office, disturbing him as he was painting his model boat.

Jimmy barged into the Commissioner's office disturbing him from painting his model boat and making him paint over a flotation tire, Jimmy told him that they were receiving calls from all over the city, to which the commissioner replied, "Here we go again."

During the "crime drought", the ninja went to the Police Commissioner to see if he could point them in the direction of adventure. When they barged in to the Commissioner's office, they disturbed him while he was painting his ship. Eventually, Kai began to grow impatient to why they aren't any villains to fight and asked the Commissioner why he's still working on the model boat.

The model boat has the same appearance through the series. It is a large fishing boat and has a large Japanese junk boat sail, with 6 flotation tires and 3 levels.

  • The boat has the same appearance as the Ship Captain's ship and the Mary Louise (without a sail).
  • According to Tommy Andreasen, the Police Commissioner makes model boats in order to relieve his stress.[1]
