The Captain[1] is the shipmaster of a boat that trades supplies with Lee.

Between You and Lee[]
The Captain arrived at the Land of Lee, where she and crew brought over supplies for their trader, Lee, who as usual, brought over his own shipment of candy mushrooms. The Captain had her crew bring him the cart of stacked boxes, and after observing the desolate island, asked Lee if he wanted to come with them to meet people, who reassured to her by telling her that he was his own best friend. Understanding her dealer, the Captain left the island, unaware that Lee was using the supply for his underground populated community.

- She reuses the design of an algae farmer. However, it is not fully clear if she is part of the farmers, due to Lee's candy mushrooms already being shared among the Crossroads residents in "Crossroads Carnival," implying that the Captain and her Merlopian crew were already trading by then, and the algae farmers still being in their own seccluded society and having prejudice against Merlopians until "Gangs of the Sea."
