Etymology[]

Delphee is a shortened version of the name Delphine, which is a feminine name derived from Greek. The name is also associated with the ancient Greek city of Delphi and the Greek term "delphis," which translates to "dolphin."

Trivia[]

• Despite being named Delphee, the missing poster created by their mother referred to them as Sylvester.
  • When questioned about this discrepancy, Glen Lakin clarified that Delphee is actually their middle or nickname,^[1] while Sylvester could be their last name.^[2]
