History

History[]

Background[]

Komala was a younger girl when Nineko arrived at her village. She watched as Nineko tried to steal the lives of her crops for immortality. The spell failed and left her village nearly starved. After that event, she devoted herself to studying good magic and the Order of Felis sought for her aid. Komala put a spell on the jewel so no human could steal its lives. But when Nineko came back and transformed herself into a cat to bypass the spell, Komala returned just in time to cast her off the mountain. She then placed many spells on the mountain to prevent all cats from climbing it.

The Curse of the Cat-Eye Jewel (flashback)[]

Komala was meditating in the library when Dillon arrived and told her he had brought one of the ninja. Komala then had Wu sit and told her story through images in the smoke of her incense. When she finished, she asked where the other ninja was and Wu told her he had returned to Nineko. Dillon suggested they go intercept them at the mountain and Komala agreed, sensing that she was near.

After the battle, Komala dispelled the rain cats and the spell placed on Garmadon. She remarked that Nineko would return and reminded everyone as the guardians of the Order of Felis, they had to protect the jewel, which the guardians vowed to do so.
