Talon is a Dragon Hunter. He wields a Vengestone harpoon. His fellow hunters find him too talkative and too nosy, so they forced him to wear a bandana over his mouth to muffle his constant chatter. He uses a nitro backpack to give a power charge for his chain to get a greater distance.

Talon is apparently talkative and nosy. He is passionate about Dragon Wings and anything else that flies.

- He has hair similar to that of Iron Baron, which is a black version of Chopper Maroon's hairpiece and was originally used by B.A. Baracus from The A-Team in LEGO Dimensions.
- He has Muzzle's face print.
- All information on Talon comes from his reveal page in the Ninjago Magazine issue 41.
- He is one of the four characters to be released exclusively in a Ninjago Magazine issue, the others being Sawyer (issue 35), Buffer (issues 37 and 38), and Nitro (issue 44).
- Unlike Sawyer and Buffer, he and Nitro did not appear in any of the Ninjago Magazine comics. However, in How to Catch a Dragon!, a dragon hunter with Talon's haircut can be seen from the back, but he wears different shoulder pad, making it impossible so say if this is indeed Talon.
