Lord Ras is a tiger-humanoid who is the former commander of the Claws of Imperium and the Wolf Clan. After Empress Beatrix' downfall he revealed his true intentions of serving his master and helping them to collect the Dragon Icons for each of the Source Dragons in hopes to reverse the Merge by doing so.
