At some point after unlocking her True Potential, Nya successfully controlled her fear and used her powers to manifest the Water Dragon.
Infamous[]
While heading to Stiix to confront Clouse, Nya summoned the Water Dragon, flying alongside her fellow ninja. However, she stopped by at the Ninjago hospital to tend to Nelson's leg injuries and presumably used the dragon once more to arrive at Stiix.

- The Water Dragon is unintentionally foreshadowed in "Rise of the Snakes" when Nya asks Wu when she'll get her own dragon.
- The Water Dragon is the last Elemental Dragon, chronologically, to be unlocked by an Elemental Master (besides the elemental combination dragons).
- This dragon also has the least screen time of any Elemental Dragon seen in the series, only appearing in one episode.
- Nya's dragon is erroneously absent when the ninja arrive at and leave the Monastery of Spinjitzu on their Elemental Dragons in "Public Enemy Number One."
- This dragon also has the least screen time of any Elemental Dragon seen in the series, only appearing in one episode.
- It is the only Elemental Dragon used by the ninja not to appear as its own dragon in a set in any form, though it does appear as part of the Fusion Dragon in 70627 Dragon's Forge, and according to the Character Encyclopedia Updated and Expanded, the dragon from 70602 Jay's Elemental Dragon is the Hydroelectric Dragon rather than the Lightning Dragon.
