  • The name and art of this card may be inspired by "Rise of the Snakes," where the ninjas' overconfidence and refusal to take Lloyd seriously until after he released the Hypnobrai, which led to many of the events in the TV series.
  • Skales and Acidicus' hands are the same colors as the rest of their bodies, despite Skales' being gray and Acidicus' being black in the show and sets.
