The Fangpyre skeleton is the skeletal remains of a Fangpyre.

Once Bitten, Twice Shy[]
Nya explains that the skeleton was unearthed by villagers, and it must be hundreds of years old. She goes on, telling the ninja that its fangs can mutate human cells into reptilian. After class was over, Jay nervously asks her if she would like to visit a restaurant with him, and she agrees. Jay then starts dancing around in excitement until he accidentally pricks his hand on the fangs.
Ninjaball Run[]
As the announcer introduces the course for Ninjaball Run, the Fangpyre skeleton was at Crashcourse Canyon.
The Fall[]
The Fangpyre skeleton was stored in the Borg Tower vaults.
