Elgo is a Devonian. Following the Merge, he ended up in the Land of Madness, where he was forced to fight as a gladiator until he was eventually freed by Jay.

Elgo is born in Devonia. At some point following the Merge, Elgo was captured by Craglings and kept by the Pit-Master as a prisoner to fight in the gladiator pit in the Land of Madness.
