Gangs of the Sea[]

While enroute to the Lava-Tide Village, Kai, Wyldfyre, and Heatwave decided to stop and spend the night in the forest to rest. While Kai and Heatwave slept, Wyldfyre went out and stole the sacred gems of the Greenbone Warriors. When the theft was discovered, the Bone King and his warriors shackled Heatwave and hurled the pair of ninja into the Walls of Punishment, where they blamed one another for their current predicament.

Wyldly Inappropriate[]

Trapped within the Walls of Punishment, Wyldfyre complained that the walls weren't as fun as she hoped they would be, much to Kai's confusion and frustration. The Bone King then offered to pull the two out in exchange for the return of their sacred gems, only furthering Kai's confusion; as far as he knew, they had only came to the forest to sleep and had never seen any such gems. Wyldfyre on the other hand, added fuel to the fire by adding to Kai's story by suggesting the gems were "mega-ugly" and disgusted the pair from even wanting to steal them. This unfortunately elicited Wyldfyre's desired result of groans and gasps from the Greenbone Warriors who promptly closed the Walls of Punishment upon their prisoners. Nevertheless, both ninja managed to escape by leaping off of the spikes embedded in the walls. Annoyed, the Bone King declared that they would just have to destroy the two the old fashioned way then as he and his warriors drew their weapons.

Attempting to defuse the situation, Kai insisted again that they didn't have the Warriors' sacred gems. Wyldfyre however reluctantly produced a bag containing the gems and tossed them back to the warriors, admitting she had stolen them with the intention of scattering them as a prank, only further infuriating Kai. When the Bone King threatened Wyldfyre in spite of the return of the gems, Kai continued his efforts to defuse tensions, pointing out that the gems had been returned while chalking up Wyldfyre's actions as just 'kid' stuff. With a sigh, the Bone King agreed to let him and Wyldfyre go under the condition they would never return. Wyldfyre agreed to these terms and suggested they shake hands to seal the deal, secretly heating up one of her hands to burn the Bone King as he pulled in to shake her hand. Thinking quickly, Kai reminded the Greenbone Warriors that they had already agreed the two could leave and hurriedly ran off with Wyldfyre to Heatwave, flying out of the forest as the Warriors angrily hurled their weapons at them.
