Frost gators are a type of alligator indigenous to the Frozen Wasteland. They are said to be reptiles that adapted to the sub-zero temperature and are distant relatives of Ice Dragons.

On the ninja's quest to the Ice Temple to find the Shurikens of Ice, they were attacked by a Frost gator. The gator sent Jay flying with its tail and Cole decided to test Kai with the gator. Kai used Spinjitzu, which scared the gator, causing it to retreat underground.
