While Lloyd was sleeping, the book was on his chest. He fumbled in his sleep, dropping it next to his bed.

The Darkness Comes[]

After Faith had been taken into the Monastery of Spinjitzu after her crash, Wu told the ninja that she said, "a darkness is coming," and Lloyd recalled his father telling him about the Bringers of Doom. Wu then suddenly remembered that his father had told him and Garmadon about them, and went to find his father's book. He found out that they were called Oni and told the ninja to warn the city, but before leaving, Lloyd took a closer look at the Oni pictured in the book.
