The Grays

The Grays were humanoid creatures created by the Chroma to serve as its army.

The Chroma's Clutches (flashback)[]

After entering the Chroma painting, Wu and Garmadon were almost immediately attacked by the Grays, emerging out of the ground as they shambled towards the brothers. At first, the brothers attempted to strike down the creatures, only to discover to their dismay that whenever one was struck down, two more rose in its place. Acting quickly, the brothers instead used a rope they had taken from one of the previous paintings, combining it with their Spinjitzu, to tie up all the attacking Grays into a tight ball.

Later, Wu and Garmadon held back the endless waves of Grays while Indi and Mindaro contacted Peri to add splashes of color into the Chroma painting so that they could destroy the Chroma.

All remaining Grays were destroyed following the Chroma's seeming destruction as the landscape was transformed from a bleak, gray wasteland into a lush, vibrant, and colorful paradise.
