Overview
The savages were a group of bored citizens during the Battle of New Ninjago City. Led by the Postman, they entertained themselves with post-apocalyptic cosplaying following the blackout, craving for electricity to return to their normal lives, watching their favorite TV shows and protecting themselves from the Nindroids. Eventually they helped the ninja, Cyrus Borg and P.I.X.A.L. in defending Borg Tower from the Nindroid Army, with the Mailman supporting them once more afterwards when trying to figure out what "Codename: Arcturus" was supposed to mean.
History
History[]
Background[]
As a result of the blackout across Ninjago, several citizens in Ninjago City grew bored and formed a group for post-apocalyptic roleplay. The group formed a barricade of Hover cars on one street as part of their roleplaying.
Rebooted[]
The Curse of the Golden Master[]
When the Ninja returned to New Ninjago City, they encountered the Savages who started shouting nonsense at them and that they had to answer to the Postman. Cyrus Borg however interrupted the Savages and greeted the ninja on their return, leading the Postman to complain that the roleplay wasn't fun if not everyone was committed to their parts. Irritated by their sense of non-urgency, Borg threatened to have the Postman and the others committed if they didn't leave before apologizing for and explaining their bizarre behavior to the ninja.
Enter the Digiverse[]
The Postman led the Savages into storming Cyrus Borgs' office in Borg Tower, believing that Borg still had power. When they entered his office and the Postman was proven right (albeit unaware that Borg only had his power restored minutes ago), the Postman angrily accused Borg of hoarding electricity from the rest of the citizens. He and the other Savages then started randomly hitting machines in Borg's office until the sudden appearance of blobs of Golden Power halted everyone.
With the Nindroids attempting to breach Borg Tower, Nya sent off the Savages to help stall the attackers. One woman was held at gunpoint by a Security Mech but was released when The Overlord's corruption was purged, indicating to the other Savages that the ninja had successfully rebooted the system of the Overlord's influence.
Codename: Arcturus[]
The Postman attempted to help the ninja determine the mystery of Project Arcturus. Rearranging the letters in the name, the Postman proudly declared he came up with "carrot cup juster." Unimpressed, Wu told him to try again.
The Titanium Ninja[]
The Postman (still dressed in his roleplay attire) attended Zane's memorial and paid respects to the fallen Ice Ninja.
Tournament of Elements[]
The Invitation[]
A savage was present in Yang Tavern and watched Kai's fight with Kruncha.
Skybound[]
Misfortune Rising[]
Savages were patrons at Yang Tavern.
