Kingdom Come[]

After crossing over into the Cloud Kingdom, the Ninja were greeted by Fenwick, who claimed to have been appointed as their guide through the kingdom. During the tour, Fenwick led the Ninja to one of the skiffs, informing them that they would be journeying to the Master Writer, who would then give the Ninja the Sword of Sanctuary. During this tour, Fenwick revealed Morro's plans to find the Realm Crystal to release his master, The Preeminent. The Ninja would depart the skiff after arriving outside a large building, one which Fenwick claimed was the home of the Master Writer.

After escaping Nimbus' house, the Ninja made their way to the tower that housed the Sword of Sanctuary, learning from Nobu that Morro had already been given a head start and was on his way to claim the sword. Desperate to reach it before him, the Ninja used their Airjitzu to climb 'leap' across the multitude of skiffs floating around the tower.

After failing to obtain the Sword of Sanctuary, the Ninja found themselves back aboard one of the skiffs they had 'leaped' across earlier, borrowing it from its owner as they pursued Morro, Soul Archer, and Bansha, flying wonkily as Cole lamented they had no idea how to control it. Moments later, their skiff would be grappled by Nimbus, who had pursued the Ninja across the Cloud Kingdom. Thanks to Nobu's altering of Fenwick's destiny however, Nimbus released the Ninja's skiff and began to pursue the true Master Writer.

After returning to Ninjago however, the Ninja's skiff would be destroyed after colliding into a tree, shattering into multiple parts with the Ninja using its remains as makeshift snowboards, skis, and a sled.
