Overview
Scooter is a member of the Sons of Garmadon. He loves many kinds of wheels and he owns a red pair of skates to fight on the move without a bike. Also, Scooter often zooms around his opponents to try and make them dizzy.
After Garmadon's disappearance, Scooter joined the Red Crows and started to work for Lord Mogra.

Scooter was among the S.O.G. who were ambushed by the ninja disguised as bikers.
Babysitting the Hard Way! (non-canon)[]
When Nya went off into the trees of Primeval's Eye, Jay told the baby Wu a story in which Nya is attacked by a trio of Skater S.O.G, led by Scooter. He told the baby that she then remembered the teachings of Master Whoosh, to always carry skates, which she used to defeat the roller skate bikers.
As he finished his story, Nya returned to inform them of what she really saw: the three bikers searching for them, led by Scooter. Before she could fight them, a cricket monster attacked, causing both sides to flee. The ninja later used used a fallen sail from the Destiny's Bounty to lure the cricket while the other ninja lure scooter and the bikers from the other side. The cricket and bikers collided, defeating Scooter's gang and presumably killing the cricket.
Brawl of the Jungle![]
Scooter came with Luke Cunningham to attack the ninja while they were running from Crabby. Crabby got tangled in webs and the S.O.G. attacked. Cole faced Scooter and easily flicked Scooter off his bike.
After March of the Oni[]
Scooter joined the Red Crows and started to work for Lord Mogra with many other Sons of Garmadon bikers.

Sins of the Past[]
Scooter was part of the group of Red Crows that invaded the Two Moon Village, he was shocked when he saw his old boss throw Killow away from Saeko's house and when he confronted his previous soldiers.
Presumably, he was thrown into Kryptarium Prison after the defeat of Red Crows.

Scooter participated in a mass escape from the prison, but was captured by Ronin the same day.

Like Son, Like Father[]
During the semi-finals of Dareth's Grand Karate Tournament, Scooter battled against Ray to win and earn the title of the Grand Karate champion, but was easily defeated by him.

- His name comes from the word, "scooter," a name for certain types of bikes.
- In the comic, Scooter has a smaller version of Killow's Oni Chopper, while his fellow bikers have gray versions of Mr. E and Ultra Violet's bikes. All three of these bikes were destroyed in the comic.
- His face seems to resemble Karlof's, and it is the same as Okino's.
- Scooter is one of the Sons of Garmadon to not appear in the TV show, the other two being Buffer and Sawyer. However, he does appear in the Garmadon comic series.
- The fact that he is a minifigure that never appeared in the show, but was confirmed canon in a canon comic, makes him similar to the Wolf Mask Guards.
