The Form Dragon is one of the many Elemental Dragons in Ninjago. It's a metaphysical creature summoned by an Elemental Master of Form.

Leo used his Form Dragon while using the Sacred Flute on Anacondrai.
The Day of the Dragon[]
Chamille unlocked her Form Dragon along with the other Elemental Masters to get back to Ninjago in order to stop the Anacondrai Cultists.
The Greatest Fear of All[]
Chamille flew the Form Dragon back to Ninjago and used it to watch over New Ninjago City.

- This is the first Elemental Dragon to be shown having a different appearance based on the user. It is followed by the Energy Dragon, which had a different look when Morro possessed Lloyd, and the Golden Dragon, whose appearance varied depending on Lloyd and the First Spinjitzu Master.
- Although the Legacy design of the Golden Dragon was used by Lloyd in "Green and Gold," it was simply his interpretation of the dragon since he was dreaming.[1]
