History

History[]

Tournament of Elements[]

The Invitation[]

Karlof wore his metal fists during the ferry ride to Chen's Island. When Kai confronted Karlof after the latter demanded Skylor's cloak because he was cold, Kai insulted Karlof by suggesting that his gauntlets were ''mittens,' leading to a fight between the two to break out. When Kai hurled a pair of fireballs at Karlof, the Master of Metal used his gauntlets to effortlessly dispel the flames before pounding them together to coat himself in metal. In the ensuing fight, Karlof attempted to crush Kai with his metal fists before both of them were yelled at by Clouse to cease fighting.

Only One Can Remain[]

Karlof used his metal fists to activate his metal powers and fight Kai for one of the Jadeblades. After he got the Jadeblade, Kai unscrewed one of the metal fists to get it.

The Forgotten Element[]

After Kai destroyed the Staff of Elements, Karlof's power returned to him, allowing him to regain his metal fists. He would then use them to coat himself in metal to fight against the Anacondrai Cultists.

The Day of the Dragon[]

Karlof continued to wear his metal fists as the Elemental Masters seized control over Chen's island. Most notably, Karlof used the gauntlets to lift up and restrain Eyezor and Zugu after both Cultist generals had been captured by the Elemental Masters. Following the Cultists' transformation into fake Anacondrai, Karlof used his fists to fight back until he and the other Masters were forced to retreat within Chen's Palace.

The Greatest Fear of All[]

Karlof wore his metal fists while the Elemental Masters discussed the Cultists' next movements and continued to wear them as he pursued one of the Noodle trucks purported to be transporting the transformed cultists to various locations across Ninjago.

The Corridor of Elders[]

Karlof used his metal fists to combat the transformed Anacondrai Cultists as he, the other Elemental Masters, and citizens of Ninjago made a final stand against Chen and his army at the titular Corridor of Elders.

The Hands of Time[]

Pause and Effect[]

Karlof wore his metal fists throughout his imprisonment as one of the blacksmiths and engineers captured by the Vermillion.

Green Destiny[]

After learning of the Stranded Ninja's return from the Realm of Oni and Dragons, Karlof used his metal fists to break open his cell door. He then briefly used them to battle against the SOG bikers guarding the cells and continued to wear them afterwards.
